Our dining room, our philosophy and our food create a comfortable and peaceful ambience. Our food is 100% vegan and organic (occasional non-organic ingredients are marked on the menu) and we strive to create our meals in accordance with the principles of Macrobiotics.Serving Hours:
Breakfast is served from 7-10 AMLunch: 11:30AM - 2 PM Monday-Friday.
Brunch 11:30 AM - 2 PM Saturday
Brunch 11:00 AM - 2 PM Sunday
Dinner: 6 PM - 8:30 PM every day.

(All prices include tax, beverage and free seconds.)
Each Meal includes:
1. A beverage: Warm kukicha Tea, cool rooibos & red raspberry tea or vortex filtered Water(Water is triple filtered and run through 3 vortex chambers to revitalize it.)
2.Salad with dressing (self-serve)
3. Soup (self-serve)
4. A raw food bar (self-serve)
5. A grain, (example: organic brown rice or quinoa)
6. A bean dish (example: lentils, black beans, or hummus)
7. Greens (example: collards, kale, mustard greens)
8. A vegetable medley (example: oven roasted yams, or broccoli stir fry)
9. A salt pickle (example: Kim chi, or sauerkraut)
For condiments we provide:
Gamachio (sesame seeds soaked in salt water then roasted to a golden brown and slightly crushed)Nori flakes (flakes of nori seaweed)

Friday evenings Rachel's signature culinary style blends traditional Indian dishes with her own unique recipes. |

Saturday brunch; buffet style; finished with scones. |

Sunday brunch buffet style;fare plus pancakes with real fruit sauce topping and tempeh scramble. |
Sushi Night: |
Every 1st Monday evening of the month Rachel serves up delicious, vegan nori rolls. |
