We want to unshackle our chefs from a set menu and allow their creativity to blossom.

There will no longer be a descriptive of the dishes being served for they often do not express the flavors created by our cooks.

The host will be busy preparing your feast and won’t have additional information about the meal. Words cannot convey the perceived deliciousness of a Casa de Luz meal.

After 10:00 A.M. we always include:

Salad
Soup
Beans
Dark Leafy Greens with Sauce
Grains (sometimes with a sauce or vegetable)
An Entree Vegetable
Pickled Vegetables
