Hi everyone! I’m thinking about renting out a property I own in Meridian but have no idea how property management works there. Are local companies easy to work with? And do they really take care of everything, or is it more of a hassle than it's worth?

Renting in Meridian can be tricky. Are property management companies worth it? In my experience, yes, if you choose carefully. I used one a few years ago, and while there were hiccups, they handled tenant screening and repairs, saving me a lot of stress. Do your research and read reviews. It definitely beats messing around with Papa's Freezeria all day!
