If you're considering renting the 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in East Austin from June 18 to the end of August, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy a vibrant neighborhood! For peace of mind, you might want to ensure the property is in top condition by checking for any plumbing issues—services like american leak detection can help identify and fix leaks before you settle in. This can save you from potential headaches during your stay!
At least you’ll be calm. I love going on vacation, but I love setting priorities even more. Renovations are important, especially plumbing. I’m planning pipe cleaning, already found plumbers https://bens.plumbing/blog/hydro-jetting-vs-plumbing-snake-method/ who use modern methods that don’t harm pipes. They say they’re one of the best around Seattle. I hope that by the end of the year I’ll deal with most of the house problems, and next year I’ll go on vacation.
I would love to go somewhere on vacation. This year and next year too I probably won’t manage, because I need to do renovations. And here it’s not about repainting the walls, but really working hard on the plumbing.
Nobody thinks about their water heater until there’s no hot water. A neighbor of mine woke up to a freezing shower last winter and realized her Rheem heater had shut down overnight. She called rheem customer service before calling a plumber, they talked her through a quick fix and saved her a service call. Hot showers were back by lunchtime.
What is the cost and can you provide address so I can see it in maps?
