Hey everyone! I’ve been reading a lot about grounding techniques recently, and I’m really curious about the different methods. I know some people do barefoot walking on grass, while others use grounding mats or sheets. I’ve even seen grounding bracelets online. Are any of these methods really more effective than others, or is it just about personal preference? I’d love to hear your thoughts on which techniques you’ve tried and found most beneficial.

How did we get to needing grounding? Honestly, terms like grounding, mindfulness, reflection and stuff kinda make me cringe. To feel good you just need to spend time on everything. Healthy eating, good sleep, customized workout plans to train according to your goals. Also hanging out with friends, productive work that suits you. Then you don’t need any grounding.
