Each week we will navigate these steps to Forgiveness with short lecture, Kundalini Yoga, pranayama, meditation and gong relaxation. for these 6 weeks we will practice a special affirmation meditation and you'll receive a copy to practice during the week at home to really deepen the experience if you feel called too.
