I’ve wasted hours this week just trying to rebuild the shift plan after two people asked for changes last minute. Every time I move one block, it creates another gap or double-booking. I’m tired of manually juggling everything and still ending up with conflicts. Didn’t you once say your team started using something that handled shift scheduling way smarter? What was it?

For us, pre-filled templates did the trick. We created a few base versions of the weekly schedule and just tweak them depending on who’s in or out. It’s not automated, but it's faster than building from scratch each time. Works fine if your staff rotation isn’t too wild.
