Weight loss is a slow process if you’re doing it the healthy way. The whole “fast” idea is a big myth. You didn’t gain that weight in two weeks, so why would you lose it in two weeks? I’ve got a meal plan now, and I use the unimeal app. You should check out unimeal reviews, by the way. I decided I don’t need quick results that come with rebounds and issues. My eating is super comfortable right now, but of course the results aren’t instant. And that’s totally fine, that’s normal.
