How do you cope with anxiety without pills?



Hi everyone. I would like to talk about anxiety. Lately it has been literally eating me up from the inside. I worry about almost everything - work, housework, communication with people, even rest is no fun. I feel like I can't concentrate, I constantly put off important things, I have no strength. Sometimes my muscles are clenched as if I've been carrying bags all day. I don't want to take pills, I'm afraid of addiction. I would like to find ways to cope with this condition naturally. Maybe someone has tried breathing exercises, meditation or something else? Please share your methods, I really need them.

Anxiety manifests itself differently for everyone, and there is probably no universal way. I tried to just start walking more, reduce the amount of news and social networks. Sometimes even just sharing your thoughts with someone helps. The main thing is not to keep everything inside and not wait until it gets really bad. Support from loved ones, even a few warm words, also makes the day easier. I think it is useful to try different methods and look for what suits you. The main thing is not to blame yourself for having anxiety. This is normal, and you can cope with it.
