Anger can take many forms, from mild irritation to rage, but it's  always painful and destructive. We are sometimes even  encouraged to get angry. We may see it as a source of energy, creativity and action. Buddha gives us a completely different  perspective - a wisdom view of anger.



Through Buddha’s teachings we can learn how to reduce the frequency and intensity of our anger,

and gradually eradicate this painful state of mind altogether. Eventually we can inspire those

around us to do the same.
