Vital Energy Retreat July 2023
I invite you to participate in a magical experience that will help you restore, recharge, and heal your body. We will be traveling to Tulum, Mexico on July 12 to 16th. You will be connecting with nature, connecting with your body, and learning techniques that will help you ground your energy and understand the messages your body is telling you. Then we will work on acknowledging our emotions, learning how to identify and work through limiting beliefs, and ultimately connecting and integrating our highest selves. We will have amazing crystal night meditations, fire ceremonies, sound healing, and so many more beautiful experiences. We will also be providing private energy healing sessions and private sound healing sessions.
